The video game Elestrals Awakened, similar to Pokemon, has become the highest-funded Kickstarter game of 2025, earning over $1.3 million from more than 9,000 supporters.
I was so excited when aDrive, a creator I love from YouTube and Twitch, announced his trading card game back in 2022! It finally came out two years later, and it’s amazing – it’s the first time the world of Elestrals has been brought to life as a digital card game. I’ve been waiting for this for ages!
Elestrals Awakened is a retro-style RPG with beautiful pixel art. You’ll discover and collect over 100 unique spirits based on Greek myths, then train them to fight in exciting battles as you journey through a world filled with elemental magic and ancient legends.
On November 4th, Elestrals announced on their social media account that the game had received more funding than any other video game in 2025.

Backer rewards and stretch goals
The game Elestrals Awakened is expected to launch on Steam and Nintendo Switch in December 2027, according to its Kickstarter campaign. Backers can receive rewards like digital copies of the game, early access to a closed beta, physical merchandise, and special collector’s items related to the Elestrals trading card game.
The campaign has reached several funding milestones, which means we’re adding even more to the game! This includes new playable characters, a richer story, and improved visuals and sound.
