PlayStation Plus Free Games For February 2025 Revealed

This month, Sony has unveiled the lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers. From February 4th, PS Plus members can grab a set of three complimentary titles: Payday 3, High on Life, and Pac-Man World: Re-Pac. Don’t forget to collect January’s PlayStation Plus free games before they expire next Tuesday.

Additionally, Sony has shared its plans to prioritize providing PlayStation 5 games via their monthly subscription offerings and Game Catalog perk starting January 2026. Meanwhile, PS4 users will continue to get free games as part of the subscription, but these will be given out less frequently, starting from next year.

Payday 3

The journey for Payday 3, expected to mark a new phase in the beloved bank heist simulation series, hasn’t been entirely smooth. Despite the core game being decent, initial problems such as server glitches and low player count have made for a challenging debut. However, developers at Starbreeze are still committed to Payday 3, working diligently on it through a project called Operation Medic Bag, which includes frequent updates and even an offline mode.

High on Life

If you’re fond of the quirky humor in Rick and Morty, then High on Life should pique your interest, as it shares a similar offbeat sense of comedy. This first-person shooter game boasts guns with a lot of chatter and an alien cartel that get “high” from humans, which were developed by Squanch Games, a studio co-founded by Rick and Morty’s Justin Roiland and Tanya Watson. However, it’s important to note that Roiland left the company in 2023 after allegations of domestic violence against him surfaced.

Pac-Man World: Re-Pac

2022 brings us a refreshed take on the classic platformer Pac-Man World: Re-Pac, featuring everyone’s favorite Bandai Namco character, Pac-Man. This time around, the gameplay has been revamped and the graphics have been given an upgrade. In this version, Pac-Man sets out on a mission to rescue his loved ones who were taken by ghostly captors.
