Wow, Blue Protocol Star Resonance is really popular – almost 100,000 people are playing already! It’s a shame though, because I think *way* more of us would be online if the game wasn’t having so many technical problems. The biggest one I’m seeing is this frustrating error message, ‘-1000 request failed, please try again later,’ which just keeps you from getting into the game. Seriously, it’s happening to *so* many of us! I’m hoping they can get it fixed soon, because it’s really stopping people from playing.

Unfortunately, there’s currently no real fix for the login problems. It seems the issue is simply that too many players are trying to access the game at once. The servers are overwhelmed, preventing people from connecting. If you’re having trouble, especially during peak times, the best thing to do is wait. Eventually, the developers should improve the servers, and the number of players trying to log in should decrease.
The game is receiving a lot of negative feedback, and its Steam rating has already fallen to 40%. If the technical problems continue, the score will likely drop even lower. Hopefully, the developers will fix the biggest issues soon. Unfortunately, we’ve seen similar problems in the past where server issues can take hours, or even days, to resolve.
Currently, the game is only playable on computers and mobile devices. It hasn’t been launched on consoles yet, but that might change in the future.
