Plaqueboymax has addressed claims made by Keenyah Hill, a former America’s Next Top Model contestant, who hinted at possible legal action after an encounter during one of his live streams.
While Max was live streaming on Twitch, a woman named Hill came up and started talking to him. As she was leaving, she unexpectedly asked him for a kiss on the cheek, but he refused and walked away. The whole interaction was recorded by viewers, shared as a clip, and quickly spread online.
Hill followed up on Instagram, reminding viewers that she had specifically asked them not to share the footage, even though the original moment happened during a live stream.
I specifically asked you not to include that video. Not only did you use it anyway, but of all the people you spoke with – and we could clearly hear you from a distance – you only chose to show that one clip.
I’m not going to waste my time and money on a lawsuit, but don’t think I won’t if you push me. Every minute you spend on this is costing me money – I could have been working during the three minutes it took to post this.

In a separate video, Hill stated she wasn’t familiar with Max, but was deeply offended by his behavior. She said, “The way he walked away from me was incredibly disrespectful, and regardless of anything to do with America’s Next Top Model, you should never treat a woman like that.”
Max responds to Keenyah Hill
Max addressed the controversy on his livestream, explaining, “You asked me for a kiss on the cheek. Seeing that I was successful and getting attention, you then tried to take my cameraman. I wasn’t interested in kissing you, and now you’re threatening legal action? I don’t understand what’s happening.”
“I didn’t want those cheeks. I didn’t want those lips. I wasn’t trying to do that.”
