In addition, you’ll find yourself without any Sanity, and unfortunately, you won’t be able to boost it using Sanity Pills as well.

Depending on the custom difficulty you choose, you’ll earn a different badge tier:

6x – Bronze (Apocalypse I)
10x – Silver (Apocalypse II)
15x – Gold (Apocalypse III)

To finish all the tiers simultaneously, you must first conquer the Apocalypse III (or the Gold Challenge), as completing this higher level will automatically grant completion of all levels below it.
