Persona 5: The Phantom X Version 2.2 update continues Summer event with Seaside Tomoko

Sega and Atlus have released Update 2.2 for Persona 5: The Phantom X on both Japanese and Western platforms. This update continues the Summer event that began in Version 2.1 and introduces Tomoko Noge in a new ‘Seaside’ outfit as a limited-time character available through gacha pulls.

Beyond the summer event, this update introduces some new, ongoing features. Players can now enjoy a new Synergy event starring Kira Kitazato, and a new City Life activity featuring Haruna Nishimori. It’s worth noting that players on Global servers will experience a slightly different schedule compared to those in East Asia; Miyu Sahara’s Synergy event was released earlier on Global servers than Kira’s.

The patch notes for version 2.2 are located right after the Seaside Tomoko trailer. Players in Southeast Asia will likely receive the update about a week after its initial release. Persona 5: The Phantom X is now available globally on PC, iOS, and Android. While the game launched earlier in China, South Korea, and Taiwan, the worldwide versions are being updated more quickly to align with those regions.

We’ve added a new item called the Turnaround Ticket to the Synergy menu! This ticket lets you change the path of a relationship, potentially turning a close friendship into a soulmate connection (or vice versa).

You can find Turnaround Tickets in the in-game Shop under the ‘Goods’ section. To use one, simply go to Synergy and select the character you want to affect. Keep in mind, you can’t choose the relationship status they *currently* have when using the ticket. For full details, please check the in-game help.
