Annapurna Interactive and Iridium Studios just released a new trailer for their upcoming musical RPG, People of Note. A demo is available to play now on Steam! The full game launches April 7th on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox (Xbox Series X|S and Windows), and Nintendo Switch 2.
In People of Note, you play as Cadence, a pop singer who didn’t make it through the Noteworthy Song Contest. She realizes she needs a band to impress the judges, so she travels across Note – visiting places like the rock city of Durandis and the EDM city of Lumina – to find talented musicians and build the perfect group.
As you add more band members, you unlock new skills. During turn-based battles, you can switch between music genres and combine them, taking advantage of each member’s talents. But the game isn’t just about fighting – People of Note also includes puzzles and traditional dungeon exploration.
The game will retail for $24.99, with a 10% launch discount, and is available for wishlisting now.
