In a round of “Hot Ones Versus,” Patricia Arquette revealed to her co-star Adam Scott that her former acting partner reneged on a prior agreement regarding intimate scenes in films and TV series.
At the time, I was married and both of us were quite naive. We decided that if we needed to perform love scenes, we’d consume garlic. So, before kissing Ewan McGregor, I ate garlic and apologetically explained to my husband that I had promised him I would do so.
After that, she found herself needing to perform a romantic scene, to which she responded, “Have you eaten garlic recently?” He replied, “I thought we were joking,” she went on. “Wait, what?!” she exclaimed in response.
In a recent video, Arquette didn’t mention her former spouse explicitly, but photos from a red carpet event with Nicolas Cage were displayed. Arquette and Cage were married between 1995 and 2001, and during that period, they both acted in the 1997 horror film “Nightwatch,” which was their only movie together. This film was shot while Arquette was still married to Cage.
In the movie titled ‘Nightwatch’, Ewan McGregor played the role of a law student holding a nighttime job as a security guard. He was determined to locate a notorious serial killer. Among the cast were David Arquette, Josh Brolin, Lauren Graham, and Nick Nolte.
