When selecting a flask, the modifiers also contribute significantly to your choice. However, you should note that additional modifiers can always be added. The ones derived from Orbs of Augmentation, though, are randomly selected. If a flask already has decent modifiers, it’s usually the one you’d prefer to use, unless by chance, you obtain a superior random modifier on another flask.
As you advance in Path of Exile 2, you’ll get a better feel for how you prefer your flasks to function. Always keep an eye out for flasks of higher rarity as you journey through the initial three Acts and the endgame.
