Hey everyone, awesome news! Square Enix is dropping a new soundtrack album this month in Japan. It’s gonna have music from both Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse and Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo – I’m super excited to add it to my collection! It’s coming out on CD, so I’ll have to figure out how to import it, but totally worth it for those tunes.
I’m so excited! A 2CD soundtrack with 39 tracks from both games is coming out in Japan on March 18th, and you can already pre-order it there. They’ll be opening up pre-orders for those of us in North America and Europe soon, too. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous – it’s by the character designer, Gen Kobayashi! And even better, the composer, Hidenori Iwasaki, wrote the liner notes. Big thanks to Nova Crystallis for letting us all know!
The adventure games Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse and Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo are now released on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and both iOS and Android devices.

As a big fan, I’m so excited this release includes the original album artwork by Gen Kobayashi, the character designer! It’s awesome that composer Hidenori Iwasaki also wrote the liner notes. Just a heads-up, this is also part of the bigger Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse – Bounty of Kameshima collector’s box, and apparently, the contents could change, so keep an eye out for updates!
