I just saw the announcement trailer for Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse from Square Enix, and you can check it out below – it has a lot more details about the game!
Set in Showa-era Japan, the new game PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid’s Curse explores urban legends and the occult. Developed by the team behind 2023’s PARANORMASIGHT: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo, it features a fresh story, new Japanese folklore, and a completely new set of characters. Players will investigate a mysterious “Curse” by exploring real locations blended with authentic legends, creating a truly immersive mystery experience.
While The Mermaid’s Curse can be played on its own, the first game, PARANORMASIGHT: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo, is currently available at a 75% discount on Switch, iOS, and Android until February 18th.
