Despite being a massive hit, Stranger Things has a curious pattern: very few main characters actually die. Amazingly, after five seasons, almost everyone from the very beginning is still alive! While fans love the show’s characters, critics have pointed out that the core group has remained remarkably consistent, with only newer additions like Billy, Bob, and Eddie Munson having been removed from the story.

At New York Comic Con 2025, Marvel Television revealed the first trailer for Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again. This new season continues the reboot of the series, which began earlier this year as part of Marvel Studios’ collaboration with Netflix.

The danger wasn’t over yet. When Dale arrived with his team, they were also poisoned, luckily avoiding a worse outcome because of their hydrogen sulfide detectors. They called for help after being exposed, but the situation remained incredibly tense. Everyone was violently sick, and Jerrell was forced to hide on top of the tank, exposed to the dangerous fumes without any protective gear. He was in serious trouble once the wind changed direction. Dale managed to get him down just as the wind shifted, though Jerrell unfortunately vomited inside a gas mask during the rescue. Ultimately, Jerrell was the only one who needed to stay in the hospital overnight.

That’s why sitcoms that do manage a strong ending are so remarkable.
