The new *Baywatch* series has been in development for years, starting with production company Fremantle. It gained significant momentum in early 2024 when Fox agreed to review a script. Initially, the project was led by television writer Lara Olsen, whose previous work includes *Private Practice*, *Reba*, and *90210*. However, due to recent changes in production, she is no longer involved as showrunner and executive producer.

While promoting the new film *Tron: Ares*, Jared Leto recently spoke with ComicBook about persistent fan speculation regarding a possible return of his character from the *X-Men* universe. Although he didn’t confirm anything definitively, he did discuss his ideas for where the character’s story could go next. He shared his thoughts with the publication, saying:

Jon Bernthal will return as Frank Castle, also known as the Punisher, in a new TV special planned for release in 2026 as part of the sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Reinaldo Marcus Green is directing and wrote the script alongside Bernthal.

Marvel Studios is aiming to release the “Vision Quest” series around the middle to late part of 2026, according to Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus. The show could premiere after the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” movie on July 31, 2026, or possibly just before “Avengers: Doomsday” hits theaters on December 18, 2026.

Cinemark expects to release the Black Phone 2 cup on October 17, 2025, the same day the movie comes out. The cup is predicted to cost between $20 and $25.

In a message first shared with WESH 2 News Orlando, Irwin expressed sympathy, saying, “We are deeply saddened by this tragic loss and our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the guest involved, as well as everyone affected.”
