Aside from the addition of blue, yellow, and red Pikmin, the two videos are nearly the same, and neither hints at any future Pikmin games or projects.
In the past few years, improvements in game art and technology have been more gradual. This means games are staying visually appealing and enjoyable for a longer time, even after newer versions are released. A new gaming generation doesn’t automatically make older games obsolete anymore.

Their attempt to destroy a building and its occupants is successful in creating a fire, but ultimately fails to significantly harm their target. The rebels were actually aiming for Carol Danvers, and with their plan foiled, they will now face the powerful wrath of Binary, who is empowered by the Phoenix Force.
