Prediction markets, those novel blockchain-based wagers, have of late captured the attention of esteemed financial leaders, particularly after NYSE President Lynn Martin, with a gravity most becoming, declared their influence upon traditional markets. She cited Polymarket’s early 2024 odds on Donald Trump, which, she insisted, preceded a most peculiar spike in S&P futures, as though the markets themselves were but eager pupils in a school of political prophecy.
Okay, so Molly definitely has potential, but she doesn’t seem as driven to really compete as some of the others – she’s not as eager to carry the weight, so to speak. But can she sing? Absolutely. Her open mic performance was genuinely lovely, and honestly, she sounded far better than a lot of the singers they’ve featured on this basic cable show (and later, on Peacock). I’d put her slightly below Candiace Dillard Bassett in terms of vocal ability, but she’s miles ahead of singers like Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Scheana Shay, Countess Luann, Danielle Staub, Simon Van Kempen, Gretchen Christine, and that whole ‘Ladies of Rock’ group. She’s a real breath of fresh air compared to them!

The movie follows 13-year-old Jenna Rink (Christa B. Allen) who dreams of being “Thirty, flirty, and thriving.” Her wish magically comes true, and she wakes up as a 30-year-old (played by Jennifer Garner) in 2004, working at a fashion magazine alongside Lucy Wyman (Judy Greer). Interestingly, both actresses have since appeared in Marvel movies: Garner played Elektra in Deadpool & Wolverine (2024), and Greer has played Scott Lang’s ex-wife Maggie in Ant-Man (2015) and Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018).
Every episode of Firefly feels purposeful, which is rare for modern sci-fi and gives the show a strong, consistent feel. It’s a genuinely enjoyable series thanks to its heartfelt moments and clever writing, and its enduring themes have kept it a beloved classic long after many similar shows have been forgotten.

The team behind Halo is getting ready to release Marathon, a game they’ve been working on since 2021. Players will get a first look with a special test period, called a Server Slam, from February 26th to March 2nd. The complete game will then be available on March 5th.
