Battlefield 6 will launch on Friday, October 10th for PC (through Windows, Steam, and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Players can currently pre-order two different editions of the game.
I’m creating a tier list for the best Imagine characters in Blue Protocol’s Star Resonance system, considering each class and how well they synergize. Keep in mind that the rankings can change depending on the class you’re playing – I’ll highlight the best class for each Imagine. It’s a good idea to get the top-ranked Imagines as soon as possible using free rewards to avoid spending too much time (and resources) trying to get them through the gacha system, as some have very low drop rates. While the system can be a bit demanding, these Imagines are essential for challenging content like Chaotic Realms and endgame raids.
Okay, so if you somehow missed it, *Romancing SaGa Minstrel Song* is getting a physical and digital release on PlayStation and Switch on December 9th! It’s a remastered version of the 2005 PS2 remake of the original *Romancing SaGa* from the Super Famicom. In the film, Steve Robinson plays Ron Trosper, a recently promoted employee at Fisher Robay, a company that builds shopping malls (their slogan is: ‘Integrating Mother Nature With Centers of Commerce’). The story kicks off with a typical Robinson character moment: a public embarrassment. Ron gives a presentation for a new project in Canton, Ohio, and while he tries to be inspiring, things don’t go as planned, leading to a slightly awkward moment in front of his coworkers and boss, Jeff (Lou Diamond Phillips). Most people would brush it off, but Ron fixates on it. This embarrassment quickly spirals into an obsession, and he becomes convinced it’s part of something bigger. He starts investigating, and surprisingly, his paranoia seems to be confirmed, leading him down a strange path of questionable situations and false clues, all while his personal life begins to fall apart.
One reason *The Simpsons* has stayed on the air for so long is its simple, consistent storyline. Unlike shows with characters who age and change, the people of Springfield have remained largely the same since the show began in 1989, with very few exceptions.
Linus Tech Tips is stopping its use of YouTube’s membership-only videos because of recent changes the platform made to the feature. In a video posted on October 7th, Linus Sebastian criticized the new system, calling it a manipulative tactic designed to create fear of missing out, and explaining that it’s cluttering recommendations and making YouTube difficult to use.
CharlieIntel noticed that Battlefield 6 on PlayStation 5 gives players a small bonus: a 5% XP boost in every match when you play with at least two other people who have PlayStation Plus. Keep in mind that a PlayStation Plus membership is already needed to play Battlefield 6 online with anyone.
The developers at MachineGames have added New Game Plus and the Cairo outfit to Indiana Jones and the Great Circle based on player feedback. New Game Plus becomes available after you finish the main story, allowing you to carry over your Adventure Books. Because you’ll be more powerful, the developers suggest increasing the difficulty level. Plus, players who complete the game on New Game Plus will get a brand new scene after the credits roll.
As a long-time fan, I was really excited to hear about ‘Metroidvania: The First Decade’! The creator, Parrish, explained it’s the result of over 20 years of work. He started this project when these kinds of games were pretty rare and most people had forgotten about them – it’s awesome to see this passion project come to life!
