These New Lego Star Wars Smart Play Sets Mix Bricks With Tech

Lego has used electronics in its sets before, but the new Smart Play pieces are different. They can sense special NFC tags nearby and don’t need batteries – they charge wirelessly. That’s a step up from Lego Super Mario, which relied on AAA batteries.
