Isabelle Tate, 9-1-1: Nashville Actress, Dead at 23

Hunter McVey, who worked with Isabelle Tate on an episode of 9-1-1: Nashville that aired on October 9th, shared his sadness after hearing of her passing. McVey played a character who received a lap dance from Tate’s character, Julie, in the episode. He told People magazine that he hadn’t known Tate before filming, but she was a wonderful colleague. He recalled being nervous on his first day and how Tate always offered encouraging words after each take. He described her as having a joyful energy and said he was grateful for the chance to work with her, adding that her performance will remain a part of the 9-1-1 Nashville pilot forever. He extended his condolences to her family.
