The movie *Catch Me If You Can* is based on the true story of Frank Abagnale Jr., a master con artist, and his book co-written with Stan Redding. Leonardo DiCaprio stars as Abagnale, who famously pretended to be a pilot for Pan American Airlines, a doctor, and other professionals while still very young. His scams eventually caught the attention of the FBI, and a determined agent – played by Tom Hanks – pursued him across the country.
