Pagani giving away limited-edition car but you’ll have to buy $30m apartment

Pagani, the supercar manufacturer, is offering a limited-edition car as a bonus to buyers who purchase one of their new $30 million luxury apartments in Miami, Florida.

When someone buys a high-end luxury car, dealerships often include a few complimentary gifts. These could be things like a factory tour, a free meal, or even a small item like an umbrella – it’s their way of thanking you for such a significant purchase.

Pagani is offering a unique incentive: a free car. However, there’s a catch – you need to first purchase a luxury apartment in Miami worth nearly $30 million.

The Italian supercar company is offering a special ‘Miami Edition’ of its Utopia Roadster to anyone who buys one of the two penthouses in its new apartment building.

$30m Pagani Residences comes with ‘free’ car

According to Motor1, the Utopia Roadster was designed by Horacio Pagani and features a distinctive all-blue finish. It’s also incredibly fast, with a top speed of 217 mph.

But the perks don’t stop with the Miami Edition. Buyers also receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Modena, Italy, where they’ll meet Horacio Pagani himself. The trip includes a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museum and an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at the Atelier.

Plus, you’ll have complete freedom to personalize your new apartment. However, it’s unclear if you’ll be able to customize the Miami Edition Pagani. Also, because these exclusive purchases are limited, you probably won’t be able to resell the car for a while.

While the most luxurious units at Pagani Residences are quite pricey, more affordable apartments are available starting around $4 million. These base-level apartments offer a luxurious living space, but don’t include a car as part of the purchase.

The Utopia Roadster costs around $3 million, but with only 130 being made globally, it’s hard to get one. A $30 million penthouse seems like a guaranteed way to bypass the waiting list – unless you happen to be connected to the Pagani family.
