Overwatch 2 is getting a special collaboration with Persona 5 this season, and here’s a rundown of what you can expect.
The Persona 5 and Overwatch 2 collaboration was first teased in the Season 18 trailer. Fans were surprised to see Joker, instantly recognizable by his signature red and black colors, briefly appear on screen, hinting at the upcoming partnership.
Ever since the rumors started, everyone’s been buzzing about this collab, trying to figure out which characters would get skins! Blizzard was super secretive for a while, but they *finally* showed off all the awesome skins that are coming with this crossover. I’m so excited to see them in action!
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you the lowdown on this upcoming collab! It’s not live *right* now, but I’ve got all the info – when it drops, what skins are coming, and how much they’ll cost. I’ve put everything together so you’re ready to go when it hits the shop!

Overwatch 2 x Persona 5 crossover release date
Blizzard has announced that the Overwatch 2 and Persona 5 collaboration will launch on September 16, 2025. They shared the news on their X (formerly Twitter) account.
You can likely expect it to become available when the shop resets and the midseason update releases, which usually happens around 11 AM Pacific Time.
All Overwatch 2 x Persona 5 collab skins

Everyone expected Joker to get a skin after the trailer was released. However, it looks like even more characters are on their way!
Here’s a list of them, along with their Overwatch 2 hero counterpart:
- Wuyang as Joker
- Mercy as Panther
- Lifeweaver as Fox
- D.Va as Queen
- Genji as Skull
With this new update, Wuyang is getting his very first collaborative skin, which is exciting considering he was only added to the game recently this season.
Like previous collaborations, this one will probably include a special, temporary event within the game alongside the new skins.
Past collaborations, such as those with Cowboy Bebop and LE SSERAFIM, offered a free skin obtainable by completing in-game challenges. It remains to be seen if the upcoming collaboration with Atlus will follow the same pattern.
Skin & bundle prices
As of right now, the prices for these cosmetics haven’t been announced. But based on how much similar skins and past collaborations have cost, we expect a bundle with all the skins to be around 2,800 Coins.
If the skins are sold individually, they could each cost about 1,900 Coins.
Keep in mind that this information is currently based on estimates, so it might change. We’ll provide more accurate details as soon as the skins are available in the shop.
