One Piece Live-Action Series Casts Its Mr. 1 & Miss Doublefinger

Netflix has announced the actors who will play two important villains in the third season of its live-action “One Piece” series. Mr. 1 and Miss Doublefinger will appear as the show begins adapting the Alabasta Arc storyline.

One Piece casts Mr. 1 and Miss Doublefinger characters for Season 3

According to Deadline, Awdo Awdo will play Mr. 1 and Daisy Head will play Miss Doublefinger in the upcoming third season of Netflix’s One Piece. Both characters are members of the criminal group Baroque Works and are important to the Alabasta Arc storyline, which will be featured in the new season. Filming is currently happening in Cape Town, South Africa.

Awdo Awdo was previously in the 2024 short film Under Siege and is represented by Gersh, Gilchrist Management, and Vault Entertainment. Daisy Head is known for her roles as Genya Safin in Shadow and Bone and Sofina in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and is represented by Gordon & French and Luber Roklin.

Shortly after renewing the show in August 2025, Netflix started filming Season 3. Season 2 is scheduled to launch on March 10, 2026. Based on the popular manga by Eiichiro Oda, the series follows Monkey D. Luffy and his pirate crew as they search the seas for the ultimate treasure, known as One Piece.

The cast for the upcoming season includes returning stars Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. Charithra Chandran is also back as Miss Wednesday. Joining them as series regulars are Mikaela Hoover as Chopper, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0, Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefartari Cobra.

Season 3 welcomes Cole Escola as Bon Clay and Xolo Maridueña as Portgas D. Ace. Matt Owens and Joe Tracz led the creative direction as co-showrunners for Season 2, and Joe Tracz returns as co-showrunner for Season 3 alongside Ian Stokes. Eiichiro Oda, Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe, and Steven Maeda all serve as executive producers.
