It looks like the game Dispatch is heading to Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Switch 2! Listings on the Australian Nintendo eShop suggest it will be released on January 29th for both consoles.
AdHoc Studio, the team behind Dispatch, hasn’t officially said when the game will come to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. However, the game’s pages on the Nintendo eShop suggest that a Switch release is likely, it’s just a matter of time. Currently, Dispatch is only playable on PC and PlayStation 5.
Nintendo’s online store reveals that anyone who buys Dispatch will receive a free upgrade to the Switch 2 version. This upgraded version will feature better graphics and smoother gameplay, and will require about 14.6GB of storage space. It’s currently listed for $43.95 Australian dollars with a launch discount, but Australian prices tend to be higher than in the US. To give you an idea, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond costs $109.95 AUD on Switch 2, while Dispatch currently sells for $30 on Steam and PlayStation 5.
Dispatch is a top 10 game of 2025, according to TopMob. You play as Robert Robertson’s Mecha Man, but his suit is damaged, forcing him to switch from field work to managing operations from a dispatch center. You can find a full review on TopMob’s website.
