It’s been 18 years since George Clooney last appeared in an Ocean’s movie, but a new film is on the way! The sequel to the popular heist series is finally happening and will include many familiar actors from the original movies of the 2000s.
George Clooney recently told Variety that the next Ocean’s movie, tentatively titled Ocean’s 14, will bring back many of the original stars, like Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and Brad Pitt. He also shared his excitement about exploring how the crew might handle elaborate heists as an older, more experienced team.
I really connected with the movie’s premise – it’s about characters who are past their prime physically, but still sharp enough to pull off a clever scheme. It’s fascinating to see them realizing they can’t do things the way they used to, and then figuring out how to work around those limitations. It felt very relatable and clever.
More to come.
