It turns out Harry Styles is surprisingly good at imitating comedian Sebastian Maniscalco! It’s funny to imagine how that came about – maybe Styles approached writer Marcello Hernández and asked to try out his impression after seeing a recent sketch. Hernández would have had to explain that Maniscalco is a real person, not a character he created, and Styles playfully responded with a heart emoji. That scenario seems more likely than Styles secretly being a longtime fan – a ‘Manispal-co,’ as fans might be called. It just shows Harry Styles has a wide range of interests, from German electronic music to the work of Haruomi Hosono.
