Washington Commanders at Green Bay Packers – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
WAS 7 3 10 0 20
GB 0 14 7 6 27

The Packers remain undefeated as they hold off the Commanders, 27-20.

Initially, Washington grabbed the advantage as Deebo Samuel scored a touchdown on a pass from Jayden Daniels at a distance of seven yards. However, Green Bay countered in the second period with Josh Jacobs scoring a touchdown on a 36-yard rush.

Following the Commanders’ field goal, the Packers managed to score during the two-minute warning. Quarterback Jordan Love completed a touchdown pass that stretched 26 yards to Romeo Doubs.

To begin the second half, Washington racked up ten consecutive points without reply. On their initial post-halftime drive, Terry McLaurin snagged a 40-yard touchdown pass. Following a swift three-play possession that ended in a punt, Washington added a field goal, increasing their lead to 20-14.

For the remainder of the game, Green Bay managed to notch 13 straight points without a response. This scoring spree began with a touchdown rush from Jacobs, covering six yards, which gave the Packers a 21-20 advantage.

In the fourth quarter, Micah Parsons managed his second sack of the season, causing Jayden Daniels to lose possession through a fumble. The Green Bay team then recovered the ball, following up with another field goal, increasing their score to 24 and leaving their opponents behind by just 4 points, at 20-24.

Once more, Washington couldn’t advance the ball successfully, giving the Packers another opportunity to score, making the score 27-20 in their favor with just 2 minutes and 59 seconds remaining. On a crucial fourth down, Daniels threw an unsuccessful pass, meaning Washington didn’t regain possession of the ball.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cincinnati Bengals – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
JAX 14 6 3 6 29
CIN 7 14 7 7 35

In simpler terms, Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati offense handled their tasks effectively, leading to a victory over Jacksonville with plenty of points scored.

Jacksonville began strongly in the game, and Travis Etienne carried on from where he left off last week. He ran for a touchdown from 47 yards out to set the pace early. However, Cincinnati’s running back Chase Brown countered with a touchdown of his own – a twelve-yard catch from Joe Burrow.

Despite thinking they had secured an advantage, the Jaguars weren’t quite finished. With mere seconds left on the clock (0:13), Brian Thomas Jr. snatched a touchdown pass, putting the team ahead before the end of the first quarter. Regrettably, their offensive momentum didn’t carry over into the second quarter, resulting in only two field goals being scored.

In the second quarter, Cincinnati’s offense exploded, with Joe Burrow tossing two more touchdown passes – one each to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. As a result, the Bengals ended up holding a slender 21-20 advantage at halftime.

As a gamer, I was cheering on as Cincinnati kept adding touchdowns to their tally. Chase Brown powered his way into the end zone for a one-yard score. The Jaguars found themselves in another tight spot and had to go for a field goal. Seizing the moment, Bengals cashed in once more, with Joe Burrow tossing his fourth TD of the day, this time finding Andrei Iosivas as the lucky receiver in the final quarter.

Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown pass to Brenton Strange, reducing the score. Yet, they failed to convert the two-point attempt, leaving the score at 35-29. In the last three and a half minutes, neither team could add to their total, ensuring the Bengals remain unbeaten.

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
NYG 0 3 0 7 10
DAL 7 7 3 10 27

In a turnaround from their Week 1 defeat, the Dallas Cowboys emerged victorious in Week 2 against the Giants. Quarterback Dak Prescott and wide receiver Ceedee Lamb joined forces successfully on seven occasions. During this triumph, Lamb accumulated 124 yards and scored two touchdowns.

In their latest game, Russell Wilson and the Giants’ offense had another tough time, but they eventually scored their inaugural touchdown of the season (which came late in the game). The primary issue for the Giants was their running attack: Tyrone Tracy carried the ball only 10 times, accumulating just 27 yards, while Devin Singletary received five carries and totaled 14 yards. Wilson was once more the team’s top rusher, gaining 31 yards on foot.

In essence, the matchup was effectively decided when Javonte Williams ran for a touchdown from one yard out during the fourth quarter, giving them a commanding lead of 27-3.

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
CHI 3 0 0 10 13
DET 7 0 6 7 20

In a bid to bounce back from their Week 1 setbacks versus division foes, both squads gave it their all. However, as there could be only one victor in this encounter, it ended up being the Detroit Lions who emerged triumphant this time around.

In this match, defense played a significant role. Neither quarterback managed to pass for over 250 yards, and neither running back had a run longer than 65 yards. Excluding their initial drives, both teams found it challenging to advance the ball regularly.

In addition, neither team managed to score during the second quarter. However, in the third quarter, the Lions took the lead further with two field goal drives (scoring 13 points), leaving them ahead 13-3. Later, Caleb Williams reduced the gap with a 14-yard touchdown pass to Rome Odunze, making the score 13-10.

Once more, tranquility prevailed, but Khalif Raymond’s electrifying 73-yard punt return for a touchdown gave the Lions a two-touchdown advantage. The Bears managed to narrow the gap to one score with a field goal at 2:21 remaining. However, Jahmyr Gibbs’ decisive three-yard run on third down enabled the Lions to secure their victory.

Los Angeles Rams at Tennessee Titans – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
LAR 0 0 7 10 17
TEN 0 0 0 7 7

In the opening half of the game, neither team managed to score, but the Rams started scoring in the second half. Early in the third quarter, Matthew Stafford threw a touchdown pass to Davante Adams from 24 yards away.

In the initial stages of the fourth quarter, Los Angeles increased their advantage with a scoring drive, leading 10-0. However, Cam Ward and Tennessee countered promptly with a touchdown, bringing the score to 10-7. A decisive 2-yard touchdown run by Tony Pollard contributed significantly to the Titans’ comeback attempt.

In the back-and-forth exchange of possession between the teams, Los Angeles eventually managed another score. Kyren Williams powered it in from five yards out with only 3 minutes and 36 seconds remaining. The Titans nearly responded with a touchdown, but Cam Ward’s pass was picked off on their last drive, ensuring the Rams secured the victory.

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
NE 7 6 3 0 16
MIA 0 0 0 21 21

It took the Miami Dolphins eight quarters of Football to finally see their offense return to form.

In Miami, New England nearly pulled off their initial victory against the Dolphins since 2019. Yet, the game took an unexpected turn when Miami rallied with three consecutive touchdowns, overturning a 16-point disadvantage that they had been facing earlier.

To begin with, the Patriots kicked off the game with a forceful touchdown series in the first quarter, culminating in a 22-yard touchdown run by Rhamondre Stevenson. Yet, they only managed to score three field goals during the subsequent three quarters. Nevertheless, their defense effectively contained Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins’ offensive attack.

However, during the second play of the fourth quarter, QB Drake Maye had an interception by Dolphins’ CB Jack Jones who then ran it back to the New England 29-yard line. This opportunity was capitalized by Miami as DeVon Achane scored a touchdown on a 16-yard run. To add to this, Tyreek Hill caught a two-point conversion, shifting the score to 16-8 in favor of Miami.

Following a swift series resulting in three downs without advancement, the Dolphins retaliated yet again, as Jaylen Waddle snared a touchdown pass covering 28 yards. Regrettably, Achane failed to carry the ball into the end zone, leaving the Patriots ahead.

By 6:23, the Patriots had some minutes left to use up. They managed to gain a first down, but were soon stopped and had to kick the ball away again. When the Dolphins regained possession, about 4 minutes and 19 seconds remained on the clock.

Miami methodically moved towards the end zone. Tua ultimately threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to Hill, giving Miami the lead for the first time. New England then tried to retake the lead, but an unsuccessful fourth down attempt on 4th & 10 sealed Miami’s victory.

San Francisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
SF 6 3 0 6 15
NO 0 7 3 3 13

An injured 49ers team found a way to hold off the Saints, keeping New Orleans winless after Week 2.

As a devoted 49ers fan, I must say, in their recent game, without George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk, it was Christian McCaffrey who truly stepped up to the plate. He amassed a total of 90 rushing yards on 23 attempts, and added another 52 yards through the air with five receptions. Simply put, he carried the team on his shoulders.

In their victory, San Francisco controlled the game time for around 35 minutes or more, yet this doesn’t necessarily indicate a strong offensive performance from them. Instead, it was their newly signed kicker, Eddy Pineiro, who stepped up and delivered, successfully converting five out of six field goal attempts. Remarkably, none of these kicks were longer than 45 yards, making the newcomer’s job significantly easier in securing the win for the team.

Spencer Rattler was the one who scored the only touchdown for their team during the day, dashing three yards into the end zone. Later in the third quarter, Alvin Kamara of New Orleans ran for 26 yards, putting them within field goal range. After a successful field goal, the Saints temporarily led with a score of 10-9.

In simpler terms, both teams scored Field Goals, keeping the Saints slightly ahead (13-12). However, a catch by Ricky Pearsall for 18 yards moved the 49ers to the Saints’ 29-yard line. Despite an effort by the Saints to distract the kicker, Pineiro made the game-winning Field Goal with only six seconds left on the clock.

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
BUF 10 10 10 7 37
NYJ 0 7 3 3 13

Buffalo remains undefeated as they defeat the Jets 30-13.

The Bills’ offense functioned flawlessly, as they managed to score a touchdown at the end of each quarter, with an additional field goal in three out of the four quarters. Josh Allen was playing exceptionally well; he successfully completed 25 out of 33 passes for a total of 277 yards and threw three touchdowns.

As a devoted fan, I must admit that Justin Fields didn’t quite shine as brightly as last week. However, just before the clock hit zero, he managed to pull off a spectacular score, keeping the scoreline respectable at 20-7 going into halftime.

However, the situation in New York deteriorated further as they struggled to find a way to curb the Bills’ offensive onslaught. Notably, Buffalo only punted on three occasions throughout the game, with two of these punts occurring during the decisive fourth quarter.

Seattle Seahawks at Pittsburgh Steelers – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
SEA 7 0 0 7 14
PIT 3 7 0 14 24

Instead of being as electrifying as during Week 1, Aaron Rodgers is still performing admirably with his new team. In summary, he managed to toss two touchdown passes and only one interception in the Steelers’ victory against Seattle (24-14).

Early on, the Seahawks were ahead due to a touchdown catch by Jaxon-Smith Njigba. However, the Steelers responded with 10 consecutive points, one of which was a touchdown run by running back Jaylen Warren.

It wasn’t until the fourth quarter that either team managed to score. This occurred when Rodgers found DK Metcalf for a 31-yard touchdown pass. Almost instantly, Seattle retaliated with a touchdown courtesy of running back Kenneth Walker.

With eight minutes left in the game, the Steelers secured their victory with a six-minute touchdown drive, scoring the final points (17-20). Two penalties on Seattle’s defense prolonged Pittsburgh’s possessions, keeping the ball for more time. A touchdown catch by Jonnu Smith ultimately proved to be too late for the Seahawks.

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
CLE 7 0 0 14 21
BAL 3 21 0 7 31

In the second quarter, the Ravens’ impressive display clinched victory over the Browns, making it their first win for the season.

In the game, Joe Flacco managed to throw three touchdowns versus his previous team, however, one was scored during a non-critical phase of the match. Additionally, he had two passes picked off by the defense, each resulting in touchdowns for Baltimore’s offense.

In a stellar performance, Lamar Jackson contributed by passing for three touchdowns and amassing 289 yards. Joining him in the rush attack, Derrick Henry added another 152 yards to their combined total. Notably, it was Henry who scored the team’s initial touchdown during the second quarter.

In the second quarter with a score of 7-3 against them, Baltimore’s offense suddenly burst into action, managing to score three consecutive touchdowns without reply. The teams remained scoreless until the fourth quarter, when Joe Flacco connected with David Njoku for a 14-yard touchdown pass.

With a 24-14 lead, the Ravens further extended their advantage by scoring another touchdown. Zay Flowers hauled in his second touchdown reception of the day, this one for three yards, with 8 minutes and 22 seconds left on the clock. Cleveland managed to score again with roughly 2 minutes and 32 seconds remaining, but their efforts came too late.

Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
DEN 3 10 3 10 26
IND 3 7 3 3 16

Daniel Jones’ Linsanity run comes to an end as he and the Colts lose to the Broncos at home.

In this match, seven field goals were successfully kicked since neither team appeared to be able to score touchdowns instead. The Broncos received assistance from Patrick Surtain II, who snatched an interception and ran it back for a 43-yard touchdown during the second quarter. However, Jones managed to throw a touchdown before the break, leaving the Colts trailing 13-10 at halftime.

In the third quarter, both teams could only score field goals, leaving the game tied. Yet, Indianapolis managed to tie the game again at 16-16 in the fourth quarter. However, Denver swiftly regained their lead when Bo Nix threw a long touchdown pass of 51 yards to Courtland Sutton.

On several occasions, the Colts made an effort to score another touchdown. However, a lost ball by Jonathan Taylor, some punts, and a field goal by Denver prevented them from making a comeback.

Carolina Panthers at Arizona Cardinals – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
CAR 6 0 0 6 12
ARZ 0 10 3 10 23

After a close call, the Arizona Cardinals managed to stay unbeaten, thanks to Kyler Murray’s impressive performance. Despite a shaky beginning, he tossed two touchdown passes to help the Cardinals overcome the Panthers in their victory.

In the initial quarter, Murray made an interception. Subsequently, Chuba Hubbard scored a touchdown from five yards out for the Panthers. However, they failed to convert the subsequent attempt for an additional point, leaving the score at 6-0.

The Cardinals scored 16 consecutive points, among them a touchdown reception for 13 yards by Trey McBride. However, the Panthers countered with their own touchdown drive. Bryce Young tossed a 10-yard touchdown pass to Xavier Legette, but the team failed to convert another extra point attempt.

This version retains the original meaning while making use of more natural and varied sentence structures, as well as clearer wording for some of the technical football terms.

16 points ahead, Arizona advanced down the field once more, with Marvin Harrison Jr. finding the end zone on a 17-yard touchdown catch. With a 23-12 deficit, Carolina failed to respond and mount a comeback attempt.

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
PHI 0 14 7 7 28
KC 3 7 7 6 23

In simpler terms, the Philadelphia Eagles managed to stop the Kansas City Chiefs from seeking revenge for their Super Bowl LIX defeat, and they remained unbeaten at the end of Week 2.

To begin with, Kansas City kicked things off strongly. Following a long 52-yard field goal by Harrison Butker, they scored another time in the second quarter. A 15-yard touchdown catch by Travis Kelce contributed to the Chiefs’ 10-0 lead early on.

Initially, the Eagles remained asleep, but eventually, they came alive with two scoring drives before the first half ended. Firstly, Jalen Hurts connected with Dallas Goedert for a touchdown pass from nine yards out. Later, with mere seconds left until halftime, Hurts found A.J. Brown in the end zone for another scoring pass.

After Isiah Pacheco scored a 2-yard touchdown run, the Chiefs regained their lead. However, Philadelphia countered by scoring a touchdown through their running back, Saquon Barkley, who dashed 23 yards into the end zone.

21-17 ahead, the Eagles’ defense managed to force Pacheco into fumbling the ball. Jalen Carter was there to scoop it up at the Kansas City 19. Shortly afterward, Jalen Hurts connected with Brown for a touchdown yet again, extending their lead to 28-17.

In their attempt, the Chiefs scored another time, yet failed at a two-point conversion. However, this wasn’t decisive, since the Eagles successfully kept the ball for the remaining five minutes of the game, ultimately securing victory.

Atlanta Falcons at Minnesota Vikings – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
ATL 0 3 7 7 17
MIN 10 3 3 3 19

As an enthusiastic follower, I’m thrilled to share that I witnessed J.J. McCarthy and the Viking squad maintain their unbeaten streak by snatching a victory against the Falcons in the last moments of regular play!

The initial phase of the game was promising for Minnesota. Andrew Van Ginkel secured a touchdown on an interception during Atlanta’s second play. McCarthy guided the Vikings to score a field goal during their opening drive as well. In the second quarter, both teams exchanged field goals, giving Minnesota a 13-3 advantage at halftime.

In simpler terms, during the game, the Vikings made another field goal, and Michael Penix Jr. connected with Drake London for a five-yard touchdown pass. Late in the fourth quarter, Atlanta managed to score another touchdown when Bijan Robinson ran it in from 11 yards out.

With just over three minutes remaining on the game clock, McCarthy and the Minnesota Vikings allowed time to tick down while advancing towards the Atlanta Falcons’ 27-yard line. A 13-yard reception by Justin Jefferson facilitated their progression. Despite an attempt by the Falcons to freeze the clock with an ice attempt, the Vikings managed to convert a field goal and ultimately secured the victory as the game time elapsed.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
TB 7 0 7 10 24
HOU 7 3 7 0 17

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers survive another close game, this time against the Houston Texans.

Initially, both teams showcased strong performances, each managing to score a touchdown before the end of the first quarter. Nick Chubb initiated the scoring with a four-yard touchdown run, while Tampa Bay countered swiftly with an eight-yard touchdown reception from Mike Evans. The second quarter was relatively uneventful until Houston added a field goal before the half time break.

In the third quarter, there was another exchange of touchdowns between the two teams. C.J. Stroud passed to Dalton Schultz, and Bucky Irving scored a 11-yard rush. Despite this, Houston maintained their lead (17-14) as they entered the fourth quarter.

In a quick turnaround, Tampa Bay seized control as rookie receiver Emeka Egbuka caught a 26-yard touchdown pass. On their next possession, Houston’s Stroud tossed an interception deep into their own territory, near the HOU 2. However, the defense showed resilience by managing to pressure Tampa Bay into attempting a field goal instead of going for a touchdown.

As the clock ticked down to 7 minutes and 56 seconds left, it appeared that anything was possible. However, surprisingly, Houston couldn’t manage to score despite having three more opportunities on offense.

Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders – NFL Week 2 Results According to Madden 26

TEAM 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter FINAL
LAC 7 7 6 6 26
LV 0 0 7 0 7

This past weekend, the Chargers found victory over their divisional opponent, the Raiders, quite comfortably.

In the game, Los Angeles didn’t stand out offensively, but Justin Herbert managed to throw for 230 yards and a touchdown without any interceptions. Omarion Hampton shone brighter than Ashton Jeanty in the victory, with 16 rushing attempts resulting in 69 yards and a touchdown. Before the first half ended, Keenan Allen caught a touchdown pass from Herbert, putting them at a 14-0 lead.

In simpler terms, the Chargers added another field goal to their score, followed by the Raiders’ first points through a 38-yard touchdown catch by Brock Bowers in a swift, five-play series. However, from that point on, Las Vegas failed to advance into their opponent’s red zone.

During that half, Los Angeles managed to score an additional three field goals, expanding their advantage. Cameron Dicker performed exceptionally well, successfully kicking four field goals from distances of 39 yards or beyond.

In summary, here are the results for Week 2 of the NFL, as simulated by Madden 26. We trust you found it interesting, and we eagerly anticipate seeing how accurate these results turn out to be!
