Welcome to our show about the biggest upcoming games on Steam! This week will be a bit quieter than usual, but there are still some exciting new releases to look forward to.
Release of the week: Raiders of Blackveil (Early Access on December 15, 2025)
This week’s featured release is Raiders of Blackveil. It’s a unique game that blends action RPG, roguelite, and extraction elements, letting you play alone or with friends. You’ll choose a character from a diverse group of animal-human hybrids, each with special skills – similar to the heroes you find in MOBA games.
Wombo Games, a brand new studio created by a co-founder of IO Interactive, is launching its first project. A demo released earlier this year was very promising, and we’re excited to see the full game.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon – Sanctuary of Sarras
Today marks the release of the Sanctuary of Sarras expansion for Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, a highly-rated Polish game. This downloadable content adds a brand new story taking place in the underwater world of Sarras. Players can also expect to face new enemies and experience an improved gameplay experience thanks to a different way to progress.

Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return Special Edition
Okay, so I was super excited to finally get my hands on Tomba! 2. It’s a remastered version of this awesome 3D platformer that first came out way back in 1997. As a PC gamer, this is a huge deal because the original only ever came out on the PlayStation, so I never got to play it before now!

Vampiress: Eternal Duet
Vampiress: Eternal Duet is an action-packed platformer with RPG features. You play as a character who can transform between a human and a vampire. In human form, you can heal and weaken foes, but as a vampire, you’ll deliver powerful attacks, though it will cost you health.

Out of Time
Out of Time is a team-based, action-packed shooter where you work together with others. It features randomly generated levels, meaning each playthrough is unique, and takes place in bizarre worlds where time periods blend together.
The game became available on the Epic Games Store in September and has been well-received, earning an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars.

Pioner
Pioner is an online multiplayer shooter played from a first-person perspective, heavily influenced by the STALKER series. Players take on the role of survivors trying to endure life on a strange and dangerous island populated by mutants and other anomalies.
This new release is currently the most popular game on Steam, and is expected to generate the most revenue in the next few days.

Pure Badminton
Pure Badminton is a PC game dedicated to the sport of badminton, offering both single-player and competitive multiplayer experiences.

Songs of Silence: Celestial Church
The first expansion for the hit fantasy strategy game, Songs of Silence, called Celestial Church, is launching this week after a short delay. This downloadable content adds a new storyline, a completely new faction to play as, and everything that comes with it – including unique heroes, units, special abilities, strategic options, battle cards, and even a moving capital city.

Utawarerumono: ZAN
Utawarerumono: ZAN is an action RPG and a side story to the well-known Utawarerumono series. While the main games are known for their strategic, turn-based battles, ZAN features fast-paced, action-oriented combat similar to a hack-and-slash game.

Varthos: Heir to the Throne (Early Access)
Varthos: Heir to the Throne is an action-packed fantasy RPG where you’ll fight your way through randomly created dungeons. It features fast-paced combat and roguelike elements, meaning each hero you control has a permanent death. When a hero falls, the god Varthos will bring another one back to life for you to play as.

Splitgate: Arena Reloaded
Splitgate: Arena Reloaded is a free online sci-fi shooter, a redesigned version of Splitgate 2. It takes the best parts of both the original Splitgate and its sequel. A major change the developers made was removing the faction system and its related abilities, giving players more freedom to customize their experience.

M.E.A.T. II (Early Access)
Okay, so I just finished playing M.E.A.T. II, and it’s seriously awesome! It’s a fast-paced, old-school ‘boomer shooter’ with a cool pixel art style. You’re basically stuck in this town called Washagami, way back in 19th-century Canada, and you’re fighting off waves of creepy cultists and monsters. It’s made by a team called Trippin Bears, and they really nailed the vibe.

BioMenace Remastered
BioMenace Remastered is an updated version of the classic 2D shooter platformer first released in 1993 for DOS. Besides enhanced graphics, this new version includes a brand-new fourth episode, adding to the original game’s three campaigns.

The Last Ninja Collection + Bonus Games
