Throughout his career as a hitman, Agent 47 has eliminated many notable figures. Now, he’s facing a unique challenge: taking out Slim Shady, one of Eminem’s famous personas. And the twist? Eminem himself designed this new ‘Elusive Target’ mission in Hitman, so it’s not a drill!
Eminem created a wild and aggressive alter ego named Slim Shady, and now he’s worried that Slim Shady will turn on him. It’s up to Agent 47 to stop Slim Shady, allowing Eminem to continue his music career safely.
Elusive Targets are a unique and challenging addition to Hitman. Unlike regular targets, they won’t appear with the usual visual aid when you scan for them, meaning you’ll need to gather information and observe carefully to find them. These missions typically offer only one attempt, and mistakes can have lasting consequences. However, the developers at IO Interactive have occasionally re-released popular Elusive Targets for players to try again.
The most recent Elusive Target mission featured Agent 47 working alongside the iconic Bruce Lee to dismantle a secret criminal organization, and a new mission will be available in Hitman: World of Assassination shortly.
IO Interactive’s upcoming game, 007: First Light, is scheduled to launch in March 2026. The studio has been revealing more about the game as the release date approaches, including details about its world and the unique storyline that follows James Bond’s journey to becoming a 00 agent. A new trailer unveiled during the Xbox Partner Preview Showcase highlighted Bond’s high-tech Aston Martin Valhalla, which he’ll use throughout his missions.
