Here are the patch notes for the October 10th update to Digimon Story: Time Stranger, provided by Bandai Namco:
Details of the update are as follows:
Bond
To enhance the importance of Bond in battles, the following effects have been added and adjusted.
Increased the activation rate of Extra Strikes based on Bond beyond previous values.
Added a new effect: higher Bond increases CRT Rate.
Added a new effect: higher Bond increases Item Drop and Rare Drop Rates.
*Only the Digimon with the highest Bond among battle members will affect Item Drop Rates.
Fixes
We fixed a problem that could prevent save data from transferring from the demo to the full game on some Steam setups. This happened when system files from the demo were missing or damaged.
We fixed an issue in the “Factorial Area” that caused problems with how the game saved crane positions. This could have prevented players from continuing their progress, but it’s now resolved.
Fixed an issue where trophies/achievements could not be unlocked under specific conditions.
We fixed an issue in the Greymon (Blue) boss fight that was preventing players from continuing if they didn’t watch all of the in-battle conversations. Now, you can progress even if you skip some dialogue.
Fixed a crash that could occur when repeatedly opening and closing the Digivice menu.
We fixed a bug that sometimes caused the game to crash in the Outer Dungeon while using DigiAttack under certain circumstances.
Fixed an issue where enemy HP gauges were not displayed during battle under certain conditions.
We fixed an issue where Aegiomon’s special ability would sometimes unexpectedly reset to how it was before.
Fixed an issue where Aegiomon’s HP/SP did not recover properly under certain conditions.
We’ve resolved an issue in The In-Between Theater, Gear Forest, and Abyss Surface that was blocking player movement and preventing progress.
We fixed a problem in the last boss fight where the game would sometimes get stuck or act strangely if Aegiomon was defeated in a certain way. This prevented players from continuing.
As a big fan, I was so relieved to see the Aegioomon bug fixed! Before, if you had an Aegioomon that wasn’t a guest and equipped it with things like the “Crimson Dragon Data Fragment”, it would weirdly show up *as* Aegiochusmon during battles. Now it displays correctly, which is awesome!
Various usability improvements and fixes to backgrounds, models, and text.
Thank you, and please enjoy the game!
