The multiplayer-focused spin-off of Elden Ring, known as Elden Ring Nightreign, has started its network tests today. However, it appears that several players are experiencing issues such as frequent disconnections due to some server problems. Unfortunately, some players haven’t been able to play at all.
Server issues in Elden Ring Nightreign network test
During Elden Ring Nightreign’s network test, numerous players have encountered problems with their connections. Unfortunately, even when you manage to get into the game, there’s a chance you could be disconnected at any moment, making the experience rather brief. This is not ideal since the test is time-constrained, with each session lasting just 3 hours, and all sessions adding up to only 15 hours in total. In other words, it provides limited playtime.
To clarify, remember that this is a network test, designed to assess server performance under stress. The developers are aware of the issue and are working on finding solutions for the future. In the meantime, there isn’t much you can do except try reconnecting, as some users have managed to play after experiencing similar issues.
At present, there’s been no news from the developers about any changes in this circumstance (on X), but it’s clear that the current experience isn’t optimal for fans. Here’s hoping things improve, even a bit, for the upcoming sessions. Best of luck!
