NBCUniversal and Nexstar Media have extended their current partnership, which allows NBC affiliate TV stations to continue broadcasting on Nexstar’s network.
The companies announced the renewal Wednesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The new contract spans multiple years and involves NBC television network partners in thirty-three markets throughout the United States. This includes twenty-nine stations owned by Nexstar, three by Mission Broadcasting, and one by White Knight Broadcasting. Collectively, these thirty-three stations cover over 14 million American households via television.
More to come.
