The NBA 2K26 Season 6 Release Date is Friday, April 3rd, 2026 at 8AM PT/11AM ET.
Similar to past NBA 2K seasons, you can look forward to fresh content in both MyCAREER and MyTEAM. A new season pass is also coming, offering 80 free rewards to unlock as you play. Stay tuned for details when Season 6 releases!
NBA 2K26 Season 6 Patch Notes
As of today, the developers haven’t shared any details about what’s coming in season 6, like patch notes or updates. They did recently drop a patch to tackle cheaters, which was great! But honestly, I’m hoping the next update focuses on improving the actual gameplay and different game modes. That’s what I’m really looking forward to!
What To Expect In Season 6
Season 6 will include a new Season Pass with rewards for both MyTEAM and MyCAREER. The good news is you can earn progress towards rewards in either mode – if you only play MyCAREER, you’ll still unlock MyTEAM rewards. Plus, we’re also releasing another Pro Pass with even more rewards for those who choose to buy it.
The upcoming season will probably include fresh content for The W mode, like new Seasonal and Weekly Challenges. We might also get more player-created builds, and an update to the MyTEAM mobile game.
