In NBA 2K26 MyTEAM, you can get the Pink Diamond Heat Check Carmelo Anthony player item by opening Heat Check Packs and Boxes. The Heat Check event runs from September 26th to October 3rd, 2025.
We don’t recommend using virtual currency (VC) to buy MyTEAM packs because they’re very expensive. A single base Heat Check pack costs 4,000 MT, and even then, you’re only getting a chance to get a Heat Check Player.

Carmelo Anthony, a legendary player and the cover athlete for the NBA 2K26 Superstar Edition, leads a talented group featured in this release. A 10-time All-Star and now a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, Anthony’s career speaks for itself. Although he didn’t win an NBA championship, he was the league’s leading scorer in 2003 and led Syracuse to an NCAA championship during his college years.
Anthony Davis joins Anthony on the team. Despite being involved in a major trade last year, Davis remains a very talented player. However, like many top Centers, his biggest challenge is staying healthy for extended periods. Since the 2018-2019 season, he’s only played in 70 or more games in a single season once. He *was* able to stay healthy and perform well during the Lakers’ championship season in 2020, though.
