MrBeast pits 50 streamers against each other with final four competing for $1M live

MrBeast did something unexpected in his newest YouTube video. He challenged 50 popular streamers in a competition inside a giant cube, with a $1,000,000 prize on the line. However, the video ended suddenly before anyone actually won.

Rather than a typical final episode, the reveal showed that the final four creators will battle for the million-dollar prize in a huge live stream event.

Whittling Down To The Final Four

Over the course of the 42-minute event, the initial group of 50 creators was quickly reduced. After tough rounds of Fortnite battles, a crazy blindfolded dodgeball game, and a series of one-on-one challenges sponsored by Shopify, only four streamers remained: yourragegaming, Rakai, Rubius, and Skimasktheslumpgod.

Right when fans were anticipating the final showdown between the last four contestants, MrBeast surprised everyone with a major announcement.

He explained that they weren’t playing the final game at that moment. Instead, they would be livestreaming it 24 hours after the video was released.

A High-Stakes Live Finale

The four finalists will battle it out for the $1,000,000 prize live on April 5 at 12 pm EDT.

It’s famously hard to get YouTube viewers to watch a live broadcast, so MrBeast is incentivizing his audience with a unique offer. He’s giving viewers direct control over the final game of a competition, allowing them to decide the rules and give advantages to the final four contestants through live chat.

To encourage more people to watch, he’s also randomly giving away $1,000 to someone in the chat every minute the stream is running.

“Viewers tomorrow will win over 1.5 million dollars,” MrBeast explained.

A new documentary reveals that MrBeast meticulously plans his days, scheduling everything down to the minute. You can learn more about his detailed routine by watching it.
