MrBeast & IShowSpeed explain how hate affects them despite their success

Popular YouTubers IShowSpeed and MrBeast have shared their strategies for handling negativity and criticism that comes with their fame.

No matter how well you’re doing online, you’ll always encounter criticism. The more popular you become, the more likely you are to face people who try to find fault with your work, often hoping to see you fail.

During their time at the Joy Festival in Saudi Arabia, popular creators MrBeast and IShowSpeed were asked about this topic.

Speed added that “you can’t listen to it,” which MrBeast somewhat agreed with.

It’s rare to find something that everyone agrees on, so aiming for 99% approval is a good sign.

Many people get discouraged when they focus on a few negative comments after reading a larger number of responses. It’s important to remember that those few negative comments usually represent a very small percentage of the overall feedback.

Chandler, often featured in MrBeast’s videos, shared a similar thought on the Around The Bar podcast. He explained, “I sometimes face criticism, but I don’t give people a reason to be critical.”
