MrBeast has become a dominant force on YouTube in recent years. He’s surpassed PewDiePie as the platform’s most subscribed creator and significantly improved video production standards and scale.
Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has faced criticism regarding his videos, particularly those involving charity. While his charitable content often sparked debate, he’s since changed his approach and now creates videos in the style of his newer, more popular content.
I remember reading an interview where he said he wanted to focus less on over-the-top stuff and more on a good story and real emotion – he told a fan that back in September. Now, as 2025 wraps up, he’s saying he’s going to really push things to the next level in the new year, and honestly, I’m so excited!
MrBeast taking YouTube videos to “whole new level” in 2026
On November 26th, Donaldson admitted he wasn’t happy with some recent YouTube videos and apologized for their quality. He then announced he’s planning a major content push, promising to create his best work yet in 2026.
This led to a lot of positive feedback from fans, who said his videos are still just as great as they always have been.
The YouTube star responded to a fan by saying they planned to significantly improve their work.

Jimmy hasn’t shared his plans for the future, but he recently broke a Guinness World Record for creating the largest continuous LED video floor.
It’s currently featured in the second season of his Beast Games show on Amazon Prime Video, and he might also include it in his YouTube videos later on. We’ll have to wait and see if that happens.
