Hatchery Games revealed that their monster-taming action RPG, Voidling Bound, will be available on PC (Steam) starting June 9th. The game is also planned for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, though the exact date for those versions hasn’t been announced yet.
Hatchery Games calls Voidling Bound a unique game, blending the creature creation of Spore with the action of Warframe. Players can design their own mutant creatures, called voidlings, by combining different traits and abilities. Last year, Junior got an early look at the game at the Bitsummit event.

Voidling Bound is a game where you collect and evolve creatures called Voidlings. Players compare it to a mix of Spore and Warframe. You can customize your Voidlings’ powers and how they look by choosing different evolutionary paths. Find rare genes in the wild to create truly unique creatures, and experiment with tons of different builds to unlock powerful combinations!
The latest trailer announcing the release date shows new gameplay, hints at upcoming boss battles, and gives players their first glimpse of the breeding and training systems for their Voidling companions.
