After the recent update to Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom quickly released a small patch to fix some problems players were experiencing on all systems.
This update, known as version 1.041.01.00 for PC and 1.041.020 for consoles, is a relatively small download for Monster Hunter Wilds.

Bug Fixes and Balance Adjustments
– Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, armor could undergo Transcendence
We fixed a bug where pendants equipped to the Seikret could disappear from your save data in the second and third save slots after you restarted the game.
We fixed a bug that caused the monster carving icon to occasionally show up in the wrong spot.
We fixed a rare bug that could cause the game to crash during cutscenes if you were using specific equipment.
– Fixed other miscellaneous issues.
