Instead, they use these teams as a means to create fresh content and generate income through various channels. However, it’s common for the teams themselves to act more like financial drains rather than sources of profit.
Just like any other venture, Moist Esports wasn’t an exception. Now that he’s with Shopify Rebellion, Charlie openly shared the total amount of funds he’s invested in maintaining Moist Esports throughout its years.

They provided us with a vital lifeline, ensuring our continued presence in the gaming scene.
So, how much money did this org actually lose?
For the past four years, my team and I have cumulatively lost approximately $4.2 million in all the competitions we’ve participated in. Yet surprisingly, I’d make the same choices again. In truth, I’d even persist with this experience.
It appears that MoistCr1TiKal hasn’t discussed any strategies regarding earning money from this project. Based on his statements, he seems to be involved out of affection for the gaming world, motivated solely by a burning passion to sustain the esports community and actively contribute to it.
