Mizkif has declared that the court dismissed accusations from 2022, which alleged he concealed a case of sexual assault by not disclosing it.
In the heat of a dispute with Kickstar Trainwreck in the year 2022, accusations surfaced claiming that Mizkif assisted in hiding a sexual misconduct case involving streamers CrazySlick and Adrianah Lee.
As a gamer, I was involved in an incident where allegations were made against me, causing my removal from my leadership position within the organization for investigation. However, only a few weeks passed, and I was cleared of any charges regarding the cover-up.
In April 2023, Adrianah Lee initiated a defamation lawsuit against Mizkif. However, further developments on this matter have been scarce because the case is currently underway in court.
On Tuesday, January 14, Mizkif posted a video on his YouTube channel, sharing that the court dismissed accusations against him which significantly impacted his life.

Two years back, a content creator who was fabricating stories about me spread numerous untruths online, which were widely accepted as factual. These malicious narratives, driven by dishonest motives, swept across the web, causing significant damage to my personal life.
Not even some popular YouTube personalities who are usually trusted by viewers were aware or had any intention of revealing the truth in a recent incident, instead unwittingly spreading falsehoods about me.
I’m delighted to share some good news: It’s been two years, and finally, I can say that the court has dropped all charges against me. Following a lengthy trial, these charges were dismissed in court, and now, the plaintiff is obligated to cover my legal expenses.

Mizkif shared the reason behind his absence from his usual streaming room, disclosing that it’s connected to the emotional impact of the recent events.
Though the internet has long since forgotten this event, it continues to leave a deep emotional scar on him after two years. A significant portion of this distress remains within this house and especially this room. Whenever he enters this room, his mind becomes frozen, unable to function normally. All he can focus on is the pain from the past trauma. He feels he can no longer stay in here.
The popular Twitch personality has shared that with the situation becoming more stable, he is all set to resume posting regular videos on his primary YouTube channel again, following a prolonged period of infrequent content.
