
Although the year overall felt like a step in the right direction for Marvel movies, there’s a concerning pattern emerging with the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows on Disney+.
With the end of the year approaching, Disney has announced the shows and movies expected to reach over a billion minutes of viewing time on Disney+ in 2025. The list includes content from many of Disney’s brands, like Star Wars’ The Mandalorian, FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and ABC’s The Rookie. However, surprisingly, none of the major Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) titles made the cut. The only Marvel property included was the animated series Spidey and His Amazing Friends.
