McDonald’s in the UK has introduced a new, limited-time ‘Secret Menu’ with items gaining popularity online. One standout is a Chicken Cheeseburger, which you can’t find in the United States.
McDonald’s UK is offering a ‘Secret Menu’ featuring new items created by mixing and matching ingredients they already have. These limited-time options have been officially previewed by the company.
What’s on McDonald’s UK Secret Menu
The Chicken Cheeseburger has a crispy, breaded chicken patty with cheese and sauce, all served on a regular McDonald’s bun. It’s similar to a classic cheeseburger, but made with chicken instead of a beef patty – a different approach than most of McDonald’s chicken sandwiches in the US.
The Apple Pie Mini McFlurry is a small McDonald’s dessert featuring their classic soft-serve ice cream swirled with bits of apple pie, including flaky pastry and sweet apple filling.

The Chicken Big Mac swaps the beef patties in a classic Big Mac for breaded chicken, but keeps the same layered bun and toppings. The Surf N’ Turf offers a unique combination – a beef patty alongside a breaded fish filet, all in one sandwich.
The Chicken Cheeseburger is especially unique because you can’t get anything quite like it at McDonald’s in the US. While the US often tries out new chicken sandwiches, this particular combination – a chicken sandwich styled like a cheeseburger – is currently only available as part of the UK’s Secret Menu.
McDonald’s has brought back the Chicken Big Mac before. It first appeared in the US in October 2024, and its launch included a promotion with popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat.
