“Mayor of Kingstown” Season 4 has added four new cast members.
As a passionate admirer, I’m thrilled to share that Edie Falco, known for her captivating roles in “The Sopranos” and “Nurse Jackie,” Lennie James, recognized for his work in “The Walking Dead” and “Save Me,” and the talented Laura Benanti, who has charmed us in “Younger” and “No Hard Feelings,” are joining forces with Jeremy Renner in the upcoming fourth season of the Paramount+ drama. I can hardly wait!
Falco is set to portray Nina Hobbs, the latest prison warden from Anchor Bay. James takes on the role of Frank Moses, who’s known as a legendary Detroit gangster with respect stretching far beyond Michigan’s borders. Benanti will be playing Cindy Stephens, a fresh correctional officer joining Kingstown’s team.
As a devoted cinema enthusiast, I’d like to share some insider information about the representation of three talented individuals in Hollywood. For instance, Falco is represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and Entertainment 360. Similarly, James is managed by United Talent Agency (UTA), Entertainment 360, and Independent Talent Group. Lastly, Benanti is represented by The Gersh Agency, Untitled Entertainment, and Schreck Rose.
Besides Renner, the cast consists of Hugh Dillon, Tobi Bamtefa, Taylor Handley, Derek Webster, Nichole Galicia, and others. The show is described as follows: it centers around the McLusky family who are influential figures in Kingstown, Michigan, where the incarceration industry is the primary source of prosperity. Delving into issues such as systemic racism, corruption, and inequality, the series offers a bleak portrayal of their endeavor to establish order and justice in a town devoid of either.
Taylor Sheridan teams up with Dillon in the creation of “Mayor of Kingstown”. They both act as executive producers alongside Renner. Dave Erickson takes on the roles of executive producer and showrunner. Additionally, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson, Christoph Schrewe, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo, and Keith Cox are also serving as executive producers. The production of this series is handled by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions.
