AMC has released a new teaser and key art for “Mayfair Witches” Season 2.

Previously, it was announced that Season 2 of “Mayfair Witches” will premiere on AMC and AMC+ on January 5th. This show draws inspiration from Anne Rice’s “Lives of the Mayfair Witches” novels and is part of what AMC refers to as Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, along with “Interview with the Vampire” and the forthcoming “Talamasca” series. Notably, “Interview with the Vampire” has been renewed for a third season, while “Talamasca” is being produced for a 2025 release.
In Season 2 of Anne Rice’s ‘Mayfair Witches’, Rowan Mayfair (Daddario) is on a mission to comprehend the nature of Lasher (Huston), the demon she inadvertently gave birth to. Is he human or monster? She intends to harness him for her healing abilities, but when a devastating event occurs, she must set aside her personal goals and focus on shielding her family from harm instead.
The series features Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, Alyssa Jirrels, Ben Feldman, Ted Levine, and Thora Birch among its star-studded cast. Notably, it is overseen by executive producers Mark Johnson, Esta Spalding, Tom Williams, Michelle Ashford, Christopher Rice, and the late Anne Rice. The production company responsible for this series is AMC Studios. Under an agreement with AMC Studios, Mark Johnson serves as executive producer for all shows within the Immortal Universe.
