Matthew Beem explains how his custom Beast Burger car earned him MrBeast’s respect

Matthew Beem has revealed how a risky creative gamble helped him break into MrBeast’s inner circle.

So, I was watching this interview with a YouTuber, and he was talking about how building a special delivery car for Beast Burger was a total turning point in his relationship with MrBeast. Apparently, that project really changed things between them. He was on TopMob, and the interview dropped on December 3rd.

Beem shared that this project started when he was just beginning to build an audience. He only had around 16,000 subscribers at the time and was still learning how to connect with other creators.

How Beem got on MrBeast’s radar

Beem explained that their initial idea was to completely cover a friend’s house with printed photos of MrBeast. However, the concept wasn’t successful, and the resulting video only received 800 views.

Shortly after, a producer from MrBeast’s team started following Beem on Instagram. This connection ultimately led to Beem suggesting a new marketing idea for Beast Burger, right when virtual kitchens were becoming popular.

Beem completely outfitted a car to deliver Beast Burgers and started driving to North Carolina, based solely on a contact he’d made through Instagram. After driving for sixteen hours, he finally sent the producer a photo. The team then called him and asked him to come in the following day.

(Topic starts at 30:00 in video)

Beem explained he was getting around 200 views on each video he posted, and after their meeting, they decided to collaborate and film together.

Beem shared that after explaining his editing approach to MrBeast, Donaldson was impressed by the depth of Beem’s research and dedication. Beem believes this was the turning point where he gained the creator’s respect, ultimately leading to opportunities for them to work together.
