The new Marvel series co-created by Destin Daniel Cretton, the director known for Shang-Chi, is now available on a second major streaming service, shortly after its initial release. The show has been critically well-received, earning a 91% score on Rotten Tomatoes, and was previously only available on Disney+.
Wonder Man is now streaming on Hulu as well
Hulu announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the Marvel series Wonder Man is available to stream for a limited time. They shared a post introducing the main character, Simon, and teasing his hidden secret. The show first debuted on Disney+ in late January 2026, with all eight episodes released at once globally.
Starting in March 2026, all eight episodes of the series will be available to stream on Hulu in the U.S. If you have a Hulu subscription, you can watch the complete season without paying extra or needing a Disney+ account. Marvel Studios announced this on social media, making Wonder Man one of the select few Marvel shows available on that platform.
Wonder Man follows Simon Williams, played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, a Hollywood actor hoping to land a big break. He’s excited when a director named Von Kovak starts working on a remake of a superhero movie called Wonder Man and tries out for the main role. What Simon doesn’t know is that he has secret superpowers he’s keeping hidden.
Ben Kingsley is back as Trevor Slattery, a character he first played in Iron Man 3 and later in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Arian Moayed returns as Agent P. Cleary, who previously appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home as part of the Department of Damage Control.
Marvel has been experimenting with where it releases its shows, sometimes putting certain projects on Hulu in addition to Disney+. For example, the first three episodes of Secret Invasion were available on Hulu for a short time while new episodes also premiered weekly on Disney+. Echo was the first Marvel series to launch on both Disney+ and Hulu at the same time.
