Aetherdrift is adding another Lotus card to Magic: The Gathering

Among Magic: The Gathering cards, none is more renowned than the Black Lotus, having fetched millions in auction sales. Originally banned from play, this card has built quite a reputation due to its impressive power and scarcity.

The Black Lotus isn’t a solitary bloomer; subsequent sets have seen many lotus variations, although none have matched its high price tag. Among them are the Gilded Lotus, Jeweled Lotus, and Lotus Field – all of which offer mana like the Black Lotus does, but none possess the same value.

As stated by Rosewater, the Aethedrift collection is expected to introduce a fresh Lotus card. However, it remains unclear if this new addition will be another mana-producing flora or a creature linked to the renowned blossoms.
