Madden 26 player ratings have been updated as we head into Week 3 of the NFL season. Several players, including Bijan Robinson, Roquan Smith, and Brandon Aubrey, saw their overall ratings increase. Others experienced a drop in their ratings. Here’s a breakdown of the latest changes and updated player stats.

Bijan Robinson, HB (Atlanta Falcons) – 94 OVR (+2)

After a great game against the Vikings in Week 2, Running Back Robinson saw his Madden 26 rating increase by two points. He helped lead his team to a 22-6 victory over Minnesota, gaining a total of 168 yards – 143 of those on the ground with 22 rushing attempts. He averaged over 6 yards per carry, and the team gave him more opportunities to run with the ball compared to the first week of the season. Robinson is looking to keep up the strong performance this Sunday when they play the Panthers.

Roquan Smith, LB (Baltimore Ravens) – 95 OVR (+1)

In Week 2, Smith made a significant impact for the Ravens’ defense, scoring a touchdown on a 63-yard fumble return. The defense overall showed marked improvement. Smith led the team with an impressive 15 tackles-far more than any other player-including 8 solo tackles and 3 tackles that resulted in a loss for the opposing team. He also hit former Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco twice, though he didn’t manage a sack. Smith continues to be a key leader for a strong Baltimore defense.

Brandon Aubrey, K (Dallas Cowboys) – 88 OVR (+1)

Okay, so I’ve been playing Madden 26, and Aubrey is still the top kicker, but now he’s way ahead of Boswell – like, 2 overall rating points higher! Honestly, I’m starting to wonder what it *takes* to get a kicker to a 90 OVR in this game. Last season, Aubrey was perfect – nailed all six of his field goals, including a crazy 64-yarder against the Giants. And, he won the game for the Cowboys with a clutch field goal! Seriously, I think EA needs to bump his rating up even more. He deserves it!

Brian Branch, S, (Detroit Lions) – 90 OVR (+1)

Wow, Branch was a beast in our 52-21 win against the Bears! He was all over the field, leading the team with six tackles – and two of those were behind the line of scrimmage! He even got a sack on Caleb Williams and forced D’Andre Swift to fumble, which Jack Campbell recovered – huge play! It’s awesome to see what our defense can do when everyone’s healthy and playing like that.

James Cook, HB (Buffalo Bills) – 90 OVR (+1)

James Cook is playing exceptionally well, currently rated at 90 overall, and his performance is likely to improve after the team’s recent victory over the Dolphins. He’s rushed for a total of 240 yards with three touchdowns in the past two games. Although Josh Allen is a popular choice for MVP, Cook is a key contributor to the team’s successful offense.

However, other notable players received a decrease to their Madden 26 Player Rating:

  • Travis Kelce – 92 OVR (-1)
  • Dion Dawkins – 90 OVR (-1)
  • Ronnie Stanley – 89 OVR (-1)

  • L’Jarius Sneed – 82 OVR (-2)

Week 3 of the NFL season kicked off last night with a Bills victory over the Dolphins. Buffalo is now 3-0 to start the year, while Miami remains winless. However, with plenty of football still to be played, anything is possible.
