Logan Paul’s CryptoZoo lawsuit officially dismissed

The class action lawsuit against Logan Paul regarding the CryptoZoo project has been dismissed after two years in court, as the plaintiffs didn’t provide enough evidence to support their claims.

In August 2021, Paul announced CryptoZoo, a project centered around a new cryptocurrency. The concept involved collecting and trading digital animal NFTs, working much like the popular game Pokémon, which Paul is a fan of.

It didn’t take long for concerns to arise that these NFTs were using images stolen from Adobe Stock. A year later, initial investors began calling the project a scam because the planned game component never materialized. Consequently, in 2023, a class action lawsuit was filed against the influencer who promoted it.

I remember when all this happened with Paul – it was a tough situation. He immediately promised to personally cover $1.8 million to help anyone affected, which was a really decent thing to do. But even that didn’t stop the lawsuit. Thankfully, after two years, the case is finally over, and he’s been completely cleared of any wrongdoing. It’s a huge relief to see!

Logan Paul’s CryptoZoo lawsuit dismissed after two years

TMZ reported on October 30, 2025, that the case has been dropped. Paul’s lawyer, Jeff Neiman, confirmed this information to TMZ.

The judge again upheld the original decision, stating that no jury would likely believe Logan’s statements were deceptive or dishonest.

Because there wasn’t enough proof to show that Paul’s statements about the CryptoZoo project were intentionally misleading or a scam, the case was closed.

So, apparently Logan Paul found out he won the lawsuit back in August – on his wedding day, no less! Neiman said the judge basically gave them the best wedding present ever, throwing the whole case out. Total dismissal, which is awesome!

CryptoZoo faced problems almost immediately, but the issues really came to light when YouTuber Coffeezilla investigated the project.

Six months after promising a $1.8 million refund, Paul hadn’t yet paid those who were affected by the project, according to his research at the time.

That really kicked things off! It led to a huge fight, and Paul actually sued Coffezilla, claiming the coverage of what he called the “scam” was unfair.

It’s still unclear how the lawsuit will turn out, but Paul’s wife, Nina Agdal, is currently involved in her own legal battle. She’s suing Paul’s previous boxing opponent, Dillon Danis, for defamation.
