Logan Paul & KSI’s Prime Hydration Accused of ‘Harassing’ Messi in Explosive Lawsuit Drama!

Legal representatives for Lionel Messi’s beverage brand allege that Prime Hydration has been bothering Messi persistently, as both parties contend with a current trademark dispute.

Back in October, a legal action was initiated by Mark Anthony International, who manufacture Lionel Messi’s sports hydration beverage known as Mas+ by Messi.

The company is seeking a court judgment from the judge to decide if Mas+ is infringing upon Prime Hydration’s trademarks by copying the design of its water bottle. Shortly after, Prime Hydration filed a lawsuit in return, alleging that the design of Messi’s water bottle was creating unfair competition in the market.

A portion of the opposing lawsuit demands that Lionel Messi personally attend a face-to-face meeting on March 11, 2025. However, his legal team finds Prime’s demand for his presence unsatisfactory.

It was further detailed that both Messi and his fellow associates within the Mas+ firm will be managed by Mark Anthony CEO, Samantha Reader. Moreover, it’s been confirmed that Messi has delegated “complete power of settlement” to her.

However, the attorneys argue that Prime Hydration’s request for Messi to personally attend seems intended merely to annoy Messi, rather than being a legitimate requirement.

swiftly addressing the matter, Prime’s legal representatives confirmed their unawareness regarding Messi’s absence and have no objections to him being excused from the conference.

As for the resolution of the trademark disagreement between the two businesses, only time will tell if they’ll manage to find common ground. However, on February 10th, it was Logan who proposed a boxing match as a means to settle their differences.

In a more straightforward manner, “In the video, Paul stated that he might withdraw the lawsuit if there is a fight between Logan Paul and Messi in 2025, suggesting they would face each other in a boxing ring.
